The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of the construction lifecycle, from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all specifications, codes, and safety standards.

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure timely acquisition of permits and adherence to local, state, and national building codes and safety regulations.
  • Procure supplies, tools, and equipment according to project specifications.
  • Align projects with approved plans, negotiating timelines and resources with management, and securing client approvals.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to meet design and technical requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports including testing, inspections, and quality assurance documentation.
  • Monitor project execution, milestones, and deliverables; address deviations in quality, scope, or schedule.
  • Utilize Procore project management software to update schedules, track progress, and document project activities.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from $250K to $15M.
  • Represent owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Administer financial aspects of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders via Procore, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines, and quality standards.
