Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field a plus but not required.
Proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Procore.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office suite.
Willing to complete Assessment and Drug Test

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Track progress, update schedules, and provide regular reports to management and clients.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and other project-related records.
Coordinate and participate in project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, clarify requirements, and address any concerns.
Assist in procuring materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Monitor project budgets, expenses, and costs, and assist in financial analysis and forecasting.
Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving efforts.
