Job Summary The Commercial Construction HVAC Installer ensures the quality and safe installation of Commercial HVAC projects to meet and exceed customer expectations. as well as ensure quality, productivity, and safety.

Requirements

  • Possesses both written and verbal English language skills
  • Be able to communicate effectively with consumers
  • Proficient in data analysis, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven and adaptable to change.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in tight/open/high/low spaces
  • Ability to work comfortably from a ladder
  • Ability to manipulate small objects with fingers
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions
  • Ability to pass full background screening and drug screening
  • Ability to pass MVR check
  • Ability to travel, as needed, for projects or training

Responsibilities

  • Work well with customers, co-workers, and subcontractors
  • Maintain professional relationships with builders
  • Run and work a job from start to finish
  • Always Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Complete jobs within the labor budget
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, job packets, change orders, timecards
  • Basic Safety knowledge of tools and testing devices
  • Properly measure, cut, & drill holes
  • Follow all guidelines for job staging
  • Other duties as assigned
