Entry-Level Electrical Worker (Construction Wireman [CW] and Apprentice) Responsibilities: Assist experienced electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial settings. Participate in training sessions and educational programs to gain knowledge about electrical systems and techniques. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations. Mentor and guide apprentices and entry-level registered electricians. Requirements: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Wisconsin. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with an attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and customer service skills. Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and other contractors. Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes. Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex electrical issues. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks. Lead and manage complex electrical projects from start to finish. Design, plan, and oversee the installation of electrical systems in new constructions and remodels. Train, supervise, and mentor registered electricians, apprentices, and journeyman. Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Requirements: Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Wisconsin. Extensive experience in commercial electrical work and project management. Proven track record of successfully leading electrical teams and projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
