DeLeers Construction is looking to expand our sales team. As a design-build general contractor, DeLeers specializes in commercial properties and high-end residential homes. We are specifically looking to add someone to our sales team who has 5+ years of experience with selling commercial construction design services (design/build). Sales Consultants enjoy working the sales process including prospecting and relationship building, advising the customer on building design and layout, working with Architects and designers, and coordinating with our in-house pre-construction and estimation teams for the final project agreement. Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a commercial construction project manager and sales experience in commercial construction services. Previous hands-on experience in the trades (ex. carpenter) is preferred but not necessary. This role requires someone with the drive to seek out new business (hunter mentality) and the ability to foster a positive relationship with customers through a longer sales process that can take several months or more.
