Requirements

  • 5+ years experience
  • Ambitious, self-driven and loves working in a team.
  • Proven experience in internal or external communications, preferably within a global, matrixed organization
  • Strong strategic thinking ability to connect communication priorities with business goals
  • Storytelling skills to transform complex information into engaging content
  • Demonstrated ability to work confidently with and advise senior leaders
  • Some experience in developing communications plans for change and transformation initiatives
  • Proactive learning mindset and commitment to communication excellence
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and digital communication platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and sound judgment
  • Passion for creating clarity and driving organizational performance through communication

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver impactful internal communications that connect Commercial teams with the company's vision, priorities, and performance
  • Partner with senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor to translate business strategy into clear and engaging communications
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small communications team
  • Develop strategic communications plans supporting organizational change and commercial transformation
  • Craft high-quality written content including leadership messages, newsletters, and internal campaign materials
  • Support sales and account management teams through strategic messaging and storytelling
  • Collaborate across teams to align messaging for major change initiatives and commercial updates
  • Evolve internal communication channels to ensure content is relevant and accessible globally
  • Measure communication impact using data and feedback to continuously improve engagement
  • Champion best practices in internal communication across the global network
