About The Position

The Commercial Coffee Repair Technician role involves installing and repairing coffee equipment while providing excellent customer service. The technician will work with various coffee machines, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer records, contributing to a positive client experience.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Previous coffee experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of power and water.

Responsibilities

• Install new coffee equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with existing machines, including traditional and super automatics.
• Work with manufacturer tech support to troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
• Document and update customer records based on services provided.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Provide operational information about machines to clients.

Benefits

• Hourly pay based on experience, ranging from $22 to $30 per hour.
