About The Position

This position will be responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to meet physical demands that include walking and standing, climbing, bending, balancing, pushing, kneeling to clean floors by hand, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (including wearing a 20-pound backpack vacuum), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
• Traveling to and from other locations
• Must consent to background and drug screening, if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a service environment is preferred but not required.
• One (1) to Two (2) years of previous janitorial experience preferred
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Dust all furniture, including desks, chairs, tables, and high areas including vents
• Detail dust all hallways and common areas per the daily detail dusting schedule.
• Clean occupied and unoccupied rooms per the daily detail schedule
• Perform terminal cleaning as requested
• Perform deep cleaning of rooms based on CDC guidelines related to any infectious disease.
• Clean all common areas as described per the daily detail schedule
• Sanitize daily all touch areas
• Collect trash
