The position of Cleaning Technician involves working primarily during the night shift, with start times ranging from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. This role requires flexibility, as weekend work is also expected. All applicants must successfully pass a background check to be eligible for employment. The job site for this position is located at the Town of Chapel Hill Parks & Rec, where you will be responsible for various cleaning tasks to maintain the facility's cleanliness and hygiene. As a Cleaning Technician, you will be expected to perform detailed cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and collecting and removing trash. You will also be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, polishing stainless steel, and performing floor maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, spot cleaning carpets and hard floors, dust mopping, and using floor machines. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service.
