Commercial Cleaning Technician
About The Position
Office Pride of Maine is looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Evening Cleaner to service multiple commercial locations throughout the Bangor/Brewer region during each shift. This role is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable traveling between accounts, managing their time well, and working independently while delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning results. We are looking for someone who takes pride in keeping facilities clean, presentable, and ready for the next business day. What This Position Includes: Cleaning more than one building or client location in a single shift Traveling between assigned accounts in the Bangor/Brewer are Completing nightly janitorial tasks thoroughly and efficiently Following site-specific instructions and company cleaning standards Working independently while staying on schedule
Responsibilities
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms
- Remove trash and replace liners
- Wipe desks, counters, and other surfaces
- Clean entrances, glass touchpoints, and common areas
- Service breakrooms and restock supplies as needed
- Complete assigned checklists for each location
- Report concerns, low supplies, or maintenance issues to management
