Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
• English proficiency is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, push, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize employee shifts, assign tasks, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Teach team members ServiceMaster’s standards, products, and procedures to maintain excellence.
• Conduct inspections, provide constructive feedback, and ensure tasks are completed to our high standards.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and concerns.
• Enforce safety and OSHA regulations to protect your team.
