About The Position

We are seeking a supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for overseeing multiple facilities and employees. This is a Monday - Friday Evening position that does require a weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Previous experience coaching & supervising multiple positions/employees
• Cleaning experience required as we are a janitorial service
• Bilingual preferred
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Average math skills
• Must be able to write reports and manage budgets
• Valid Driver's License and Background Check required
• Supervisor experience
• Commercial cleaning experience

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked job

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between quality assurance, clients & custodians to ensure all needs are being met
• Perform quality assurance inspections and correct deficiencies
• Train staff
• Organizing employee shifts
• Motivating team members
• Overseeing staff performance and ensuring all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
• Train cleaners on task schedules specific to individual accounts
• Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
• Assign shifts and make necessary adjustments in case of call off or no shows
• Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Use proper PPE where required
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required
