About The Position
The Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking motivated and experienced individuals for Commercial Cleaning Management Positions in Novi, MI and surrounding areas. This role is crucial in ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met consistently. As a member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining quality control across all cleaning operations. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22, depending on experience, and requires a commitment to working Monday through Friday, typically from 6 PM to 12 AM, totaling approximately 30-40 hours per week. In this role, you will manage cleaners in all aspects of their responsibilities, including conducting regular inspections to uphold quality standards, training new team members, and managing budgeted hours effectively. You will also coordinate with teams to ensure adequate coverage and fill in for any open cleaning positions as needed. A key part of your responsibilities will involve ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized, as well as addressing any client concerns promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will be required to submit nightly reports detailing cleaning activities, staff performance, and client satisfaction, which are essential for maintaining our reputation for high-quality service.
