About The Position

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to fill the role of Part-Time Daytime Porter (Commercial Cleaner). As a Daytime Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our commercial spaces during operating hours. Office Pride is one of the fastest growing commercial and office cleaning businesses in Northwest Arkansas, and we are hiring immediately for full time, flexible positions in the evenings in some of the area's nicest buildings. Requirements

Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Availability to work full-time hours during daytime shifts.
Must have own transportation and valid driver's License.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
Monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies.
Assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
