Referral Staffing Solutions is hiring Commercial Cleaners for a local La Crosse County client. These are temp-to-hire opportunities with full-time or part-time schedules available. If you're reliable, enjoy working on your own, and like staying active, this is a great fit. You’ll clean and maintain various commercial buildings to keep them safe, presentable, and sanitized. Most positions are solo cleaning roles , with travel between job sites throughout La Crosse and Onalaska. Mileage is reimbursed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to walk, bend, stoop, go up and down stairs, and carry a backpack vacuum
• Good attendance and reliability
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming using a lightweight backpack vacuum
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Emptying trash and recycling
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Dusting surfaces and cleaning windows
• Wiping down touch points (door handles, counters, desks)
• Navigating stairs and moving throughout buildings to complete cleaning routes
