About The Position

Are you detail-oriented and take pride in keeping spaces clean and professional? City Wide Facility Solutions is hiring a Commercial Cleaner for a full-time shift. This is a hands-on role for someone with janitorial, commercial cleaning, or building maintenance experience who enjoys consistent work and clear expectations. This role requires reliable transportation to drive within a local territory. Pay rate is $17–$20/hour, based on experience and capabilities. The Commercial Cleaner is responsible for completing assigned cleaning tasks to established standards, ensuring all areas are cleaned thoroughly and consistently according to service guidelines. Requirements

Fluent English written and spoken skills (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred as additional).
High School diploma required or equivalent experience in commercial janitorial services industry.
Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments.
Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
Must have reliable transportation with an active driver's license and auto insurance.
Must be comfortable using a smartphone and Outlook email.

Responsibilities

Service and supply restrooms if needed
Gather and empty trash from offices
Dust and wipe down horizontal surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch points
Perform detailed spot cleaning of walls, doors, and entry glass
Sweep, mop, and detail vacuum offices, corridors, and common areas
Restock cleaning supplies in janitorial closets and report low inventory to supervisors
Other duties as necessary
