Requirements

8+ years of commercial HVAC experience, with a strong focus on chiller systems
Must have EPA and TDLR
Proven diagnostic and repair skills
Strong communication and team leadership qualities
Valid driver’s license
Comfort with digital documentation tools and service software
A commitment to professionalism, safety, and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Service and repair a wide range of HVAC systems: chillers, boilers, RTUs, hydronic systems, cooling towers, pumps, and more
Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC controls, including VFDs
Support and mentor junior technicians, contributing to a collaborative team culture
Use digital tools to document work and track progress
Deliver outstanding, timely service to clients across Central Texas
