About The Position

This cross-functional position plays a vital role in supporting multiple groups within Operations Services and across the enterprise. The individual in this role will execute a variety of routine tasks across multiple operational systems while collaborating with various internal partners. Responsibilities may include transaction processing, data entry, archiving, and troubleshooting machines, as well as engaging with vendors and clients via phone or email. The position may involve direct contact with third-party vendors and external customers, requiring a proactive approach to research exceptions and escalate issues to management when necessary. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to recommend and implement processing improvements within production. Certain positions may require physical tasks such as moving trays and carts of work, standing or sitting for extended periods, and performing repetitive motions. The responsibilities may also include processing Commercial Cash Vault transactions, which involves filling cash orders and verifying large volume deposits, including currency, coin, and checks. This may require the operation of high-speed equipment such as currency scanners, currency sorters, coin sorters, and check encoders.
