Requirements

• Commercial carpentry experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
• Experience with framing, finish carpentry, and general commercial construction
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• ACT Certification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial carpentry work on a variety of projects including renovations, tenant improvements, and specialty construction work
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures using wood, metal framing, and other materials
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and efficiency
• Work closely with project managers and field teams to keep projects moving forward
• Maintain a safe and organized jobsite
• Take ownership of workmanship and quality on every project
