Kelley Constructions market to include: industrial, office, hospitality and retail new and renovation projects. Individual will work with a great team consisting of carpenters and a Superintendent. Summary: To perform rough and finish carpentry in the alteration and construction of buildings and specialty wood items; perform related work.

Requirements

1 -3 years of performing rough and finish carpentry
Must have the ability to perform new and remodel concrete and wood construction
Will be required to use and maintain the tools and equipment associated with carpentry work; insuring safety practices are followed on job sites
Responsible for estimating time and materials needed for carpentry related job
Required to visualize: sketching and designing wood projects
Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints
Individual must be flexible and able to travel away from home for several days at a time
