Commercial construction specifically with the following trades: commercial flooring (vct,lvt, carpet tile installer), metal stud framing, drywall hang float and finish, Commercial Door and Hardware, Acoustical Ceiling Installer.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5 years related experience including experience with installing other materials to walls, including but not limited to, pre-hung doors, cabinets, etc.
• Experience working with minimal or no supervision
• Experience with handling mental and physical stress and pressures to complete all jobs, including emergencies which could result in contact with patients, guests, family members and staff

Responsibilities

• Corporate construction repairs
• Using initiative and judgment when completing construction tasks
• Assists co-workers, follows up on completed tasks, and performs other duties as assigned

• Other related duties as required
