About The Position

The Commercial Card Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs. This role involves managing product profitability, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to create effective marketing strategies. The manager will also conduct market research, lead workshops to gather product requirements, and ensure that product designs meet market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Computer Science or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience in business product services or external customer/market experience.

• Direct experience with software development, testing, or business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define the approach and manage the process from product development to product launch.
• Own, manage, and communicate a product roadmap for assigned products.
• Develop and lead the 'go to market packaging' for assigned products.
• Collaborate with product marketing to develop marketing strategies based on product objectives and value proposition.
• Define pricing strategies for new and existing products considering competitive pricing models and market acceptance.
• Develop comprehensive business cases requiring extensive analytical skills for new product functionality.
• Lead collaboration with business leaders, sales, IT, legal, and marketing teams to define product goals and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research to inform the strategic product roadmap.
• Facilitate product concepts and requirements workshops with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product delivery and technology architecture to validate detailed design.
