About The Position

This position is responsible for onboarding commercial card implementations as well as assisting with complex commercial card service issues. They will be looked upon as a commercial card product expert and expected to assist with updating procedures and acting as an additional point of contact to InBank's credit card processor and network.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 4+ years commercial card payment experience.
  • Detail-oriented; decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standard banking products and Commercial Card.
  • Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with FIS Solutions.
  • Prior Experience working with VISA's Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex credit card implementations and provide expert-level support for credit card services.
  • Act as a liaison to various internal departments at the Bank.
  • Interface regularly with internal colleagues, external Bank customers and Bank vendors.
  • Assist with training other associates on the team.
  • Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.
  • Maintain and update internal policies and procedures, in collaboration with other stakeholders, as necessary.
  • Participate in product meetings and occasionally be responsible for updating key internal reports.
