About The Position

Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Treasury Management sales, commercial card sales, or related fields.
  • Extensive knowledge of cards, payments, and payment systems.
  • Understanding of bank payment systems and treasury management products.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales planning within assigned territory.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software applications.

Responsibilities

  • Manage large, complex commercial card programs as the main point of contact for administrators.
  • Monitor customer activity and identify challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and conduct annual customer program reviews with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer spend and present new products to clients.
  • Consult with clients to develop best practices and improve program efficiency.
  • Coordinate project execution across internal support groups and client resources.
  • Evaluate and identify new solutions and enhancements for commercial card programs.
  • Maintain industry knowledge through seminars and publications to represent the payments landscape.
  • Ensure compliance with bank regulations and complete required training.
  • Coach, mentor, or train others as a subject matter expert.
