About The Position

SERVPRO is seeking a driven Commercial Business Development Representative to open doors, build relationships, and generate commercial restoration opportunities across our territory. This role is for someone who is comfortable hearing “no,” walking into offices, and continuing to build relationships until they earn the business. SERVPRO is one of the most recognized restoration brands in the country, giving our representatives strong credibility when meeting with commercial clients. SERVPRO is a nationally recognized leader in: Water damage restoration Fire damage restoration Mold remediation Biohazard cleanup Reconstruction services We help businesses and property owners recover from disasters and emergencies. What This Role Involves: This is a relationship-driven outside sales role focused on building long-term partnerships with professionals who manage or maintain commercial properties. You will spend most of your time in the field networking and meeting with property managers, facility directors, plumbers, insurance professionals, and other referral partners. Many companies already have existing vendor relationships. Your job is to introduce SERVPRO, build trust, remain consistent with follow-ups, and earn opportunities over time. You will be responsible for developing and growing your own territory by building relationships with commercial decision makers and becoming a trusted resource before disasters occur.

  • Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Able to handle rejection without losing motivation
  • Confident walking into offices and introducing themselves
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people throughout the day

  • Self-motivated and able to manage their own territory
  • Possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to represent the company professionally with clients and referral partners
