Restoration 1 of Suffolk County is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Associate to join our team in Suffolk County, New York. This full-time position is essential for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales initiatives within the restoration industry. As a family-owned business, we specialize in mitigating water, fire, and mold issues in both residential and commercial properties. Our mission is to provide efficient, effective, and compassionate restoration services to help property owners recover from unexpected disasters. In this role, you will work closely with the existing sales team to develop and execute strategic business development plans aimed at expanding the company's customer base and market presence. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation activities, while building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders in the restoration industry. Collaboration with the operations team is crucial to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service delivery. Staying informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities will be vital for identifying potential business opportunities and threats. You will prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve profitable sales outcomes, and track sales performance metrics to monitor progress against targets. Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings will also be part of your responsibilities, promoting brand awareness and fostering business relationships.
