Join our team as a Business Development Executive and take the lead in expanding our footprint across commercial and industrial markets. This role focuses on developing new accounts within a defined territory, offering a full suite of Onsite Facility Services including Cleaning, Environmental, Parking, and Engineering. You'll work closely with prospective clients to assess their current facility service programs, identify opportunities for improvement, and craft tailored strategies that may include individual services or bundled solutions. Partnering with ABM operations, you'll help deliver superior results while owning the strategic sales process, communicating value, resolving client concerns, and building lasting relationships. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-sell across eight comprehensive lines of facility services.

Responsibilities

Developing new accounts within a defined territory
Offering a full suite of Onsite Facility Services including Cleaning, Environmental, Parking, and Engineering
Working closely with prospective clients to assess their current facility service programs
Identifying opportunities for improvement
Crafting tailored strategies that may include individual services or bundled solutions
Partnering with ABM operations to help deliver superior results
Owning the strategic sales process
Communicating value
