Requirements

  • Established and active book of business with strong relationships in the Oceanside, CA market
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Must provide professional references and pass a background check with a clean criminal record

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market share in the Oceanside region

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities using an existing book of business and market intelligence
