Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Administrative Services/Business or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum three years of administrative and/or banking experience preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience working with commercial processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with clients and key decision makers effectively and independently.
  • Appropriate attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to adapt and manage changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Support assigned Relationship Managers (RMs) in the Commercial and Business segments.
  • Provide administrative, loan, deposit and other relevant support to the RMs.
  • Understand the overall commercial workflow and processes.
  • Work effectively with relevant Bank Partners to resolve client issues.
  • Assist with daily activities including calendar management, client calls, and client mailings.
  • Conduct research and organize outreach for business development activities.
  • Gather items needed to open commercial depository accounts.
  • Collaborate with RMs in contacting clients to gather items needed for loan applications.
  • Prepare loan requests utilizing required forms or the Commercial Online Application (CML) software.
  • Utilize Power BI software to provide assigned RMs with pipeline, portfolio, production and credit information.
  • Track loan maturities and contact clients to request financial information as needed.
