About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator to join the Commercial Banking Operations division. This role focuses on analyzing business financial statements using specialized financial analysis software, ensuring accurate credit assessments, and maintaining up-to-date credit files. The position emphasizes customer service and collaboration within the team to support credit processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice To Haves

• Experience analyzing Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Tax Returns.
• Experience with systems such as Credit View, ETRAC, FLO, EZ Request, WBRS, BLAST, SVP, Hogan, AFS, or ICMP.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Review credit information of loans for companies and industries, including understanding accounting within various financial statements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and generate status reports for management or bankers.
• Perform moderately complex credit investigations on companies and industries.
• Receive direction from the Commercial Banking Portfolio Management supervisor and escalate noncompliant issues.
• Ensure credit files are current and accurate.
• Interact with the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review processes for providing credits.
