Job Description The Commercial Banking Client Representative (CBCR) plays a vital role in supporting Mortgage Warehouse customers by managing collateral processes, ensuring accurate data entry, and facilitating smooth financial transactions. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a CBCR, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service for day-to-day processes. You will be responsible for accepting, reviewing, verifying, and processing collateral packages to secure warehouse lines of credit. This includes accurately entering collateral data into the tracking system, filing new collateral, retrieving and shipping collateral to investors, and maintaining organized records. Additionally, you will process advance and paydown requests on warehouse lines of credit, review and release wires for loan closings, and handle incoming wires from investors. Daily responsibilities also include balancing all activity, reviewing and researching discrepancies, and clearing exceptions to ensure smooth operations and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two to four years of experience in financial services industry
