About The Position

The Commercial Banking Associate plays a vital role in supporting commercial, commercial real estate, business, and agricultural bankers at Bremer Bank. This position focuses on facilitating credit transactions and ensuring a seamless credit process for clients. The associate is responsible for maintaining compliance with loan documentation and regulatory standards while enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Success in this role is measured by the ability to create capacity for bankers, meet performance service level agreements (SLAs), and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of financial services experience.
• At least 3 years of related banking experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (Otto), Service Now, Core Logic, ValuTrac, FCM (Imaging), Docusign.
• Demonstrated ability in active listening and effective communication.
• Experience in responding to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to provide work direction and manage feedback.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with FIS IBS System and Moody's Lending Cloud.
• Loan operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of related banking experience.
