The candidate for this position will be responsible for: Assisting the Commercial Business Lending effort by communicating with both internal and external customers Processing account verifications and assisting with the preparation of written correspondence Ordering title insurance, UCC searches, surveys, and collateral inspections. Working with loan officers to assess, obtain, verify, and track proof of insurance on loan collateral Preparing documents for loan originations, renewals, extensions, and modifications Processing loan advances, payments, and account transfers for clients. Organizing, preparing, and maintaining loan file information to ensure compliance and quality of loan documentation

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Basic computer and spreadsheet skills
  • The ability to analyze and interpret data in order to draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • The ability to late and/or flexible hours
