About The Position

At CCMSI, we are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Line Claims Consultant to join our team in a fully remote capacity, specifically for Colorado residents. As a leading Third Party Administrator in self-insurance services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our clients. This role involves the investigation and adjustment of Commercial Auto and General Liability (GL) claims, managing claims across multiple jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with both client and corporate standards. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including establishing reserves, reviewing medical and legal invoices, negotiating disputed bills, and authorizing payments in accordance with established claim procedures. You will also assist in the selection and supervision of outside vendors for claims, assess subrogation claims, and prepare detailed reports on claim status and payments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling multi-line claims, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
