About The Position
This role is for a Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster responsible for managing a caseload of commercial auto and general liability claims. The position focuses on timely and accurate resolution, involving thorough investigations, coverage analysis, and communication with various parties. It is a 100% remote opportunity with a competitive compensation package including an annual base salary, bonus potential, full medical benefits, and generous PTO.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience handling commercial auto claims
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy language, coverage analysis, and claims investigation techniques
- Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Adjuster license in applicable states is required or must be obtained
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of commercial auto and general liability claims with a focus on timely, accurate resolution
- Conduct thorough investigations, including review of accident reports, interviews, and supporting documentation
- Analyze coverage and assess liability in accordance with policy terms and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to facilitate fair settlements
- Coordinate with appraisers, repair facilities, and medical professionals to ensure accurate evaluation of damages
