The Commercial Associate role at EVERSANA is part of a 12-month Commercial Development Program designed to help the organization meet its revenue goals. This program consists of four rotations, each lasting three months, through various Commercial Departments including Strategy, Commercial Operations, Business Development, and Marketing. The goal is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and create a talent pipeline for the Commercial Team. The program begins with a two-week training phase followed by hands-on experience in different roles. Successful completion of the program may lead to permanent placement within the company.
