About The Position

We are seeking detail oriented, self-motivated, and a great communicating team player to fulfill our full-time Assistant Commercial Escrow Officer position. As an Assistant Commercial Escrow Officer, you will have the chance to learn from top performing Escrow Officers in the business while working alongside them daily.

Requirements

• Commercial Escrow, real estate, accounting or legal experience required.
• Experience with production system, Softpro Select preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, monitor pipeline, and provide updates of all pending and missing items to clients.
• Maintain excellent client satisfaction through proactive communication and professional service.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, borrowers, and vendors involved in the closing process.
• Open new escrow orders and set up files accurately.
• Review and clear title reports, resolving any issues prior to closing.
• Review signed closing and title documents for accuracy after closing.
• Monitor and maintain the daily funding report ensuring loans are disbursed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all documents associated with each transaction are on record with the necessary county in a timely manner.
