About The Position
JPMorgan, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to drive recruitment efforts for our Commercial Bank division. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting and securing the best banker talent in the industry. As a Recruiter in the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment efforts across the relevant Commercial Bank (CB) lines of business. Partnering closely with business leaders you will be responsible for the identification, engagement and successful recruitment of banker talent, and supporting the business in achieving its strategic objectives. In addition to working on open roles, you will also be tasked with ongoing, opportunistic candidate engagement, development, and presentation.
