Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B or commercial sales (water treatment experience a plus, not required)
  • Ability to sell consultatively and manage longer sales cycles
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Computer skills in most Microsoft Office applications are required
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
  • Comfortable working across Albuquerque, Las Cruces, and El Paso markets
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within these markets

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site visits and water assessments for commercial and industrial clients
  • Design customized water treatment solutions (softening, filtration, RO, specialty systems)
  • Present proposals and close high-value contracts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Partner with service and operations teams to ensure successful installations
  • Manage and grow a pipeline across multiple markets
  • Establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with engineers, contractors, construction managers, and business owners and operators
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships, providing ongoing support and handling service issues
