Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our growing team. This role is focused on large commercial HVAC systems and chiller technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing some of the largest and most complex HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and low-temperature refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience troubleshooting systems up to 400 tons, conducting advanced airflow evaluations, and diagnosing complex HVAC system issues. This position also provides the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, fostering skill development and contributing to the growth of the entire team.
