As this is a hybrid role working out of our Creative Studios in Westlake, Ohio, we will focus on candidates who currently reside in Northeast Ohio. The Commercial Analytics Manager serves as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, product management and associated retail accounts by providing fact-based analysis, insights and recommendations on product placement, promotion, pricing, distribution, and merchandising decisions. This role provides insights and recommendations by synthesizing sales and research information for various product categories using point-of-sales (POS), shipment, product footage data, and 3rd party database systems along with consumer research, competitive analyses, and analytical modeling, often working independently. The Commercial Analytics Manager also directly supervises the work of one or more Commercial Analysts and may also include direct account responsibility. This role must communicate analytic results, insights, and recommendations strongly, both verbally and in writing, with members of management, account executives and associated retailers. This position reports to the Director, Commercial Analytics.
