About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Analytics Life Sciences Consultant in India. This role offers the opportunity to drive end-to-end analytics solutions in the Life Sciences domain, combining technical expertise with strategic insight. You will work closely with commercial, medical, and analytics stakeholders to translate complex business problems into actionable, scalable solutions. The position involves a mix of client delivery, pre-sales support, and capability-building, emphasizing industrialized and reusable analytics products over one-off analyses. You will design and implement frameworks for sales effectiveness, HCP segmentation, launch and demand analytics, and CRM/omnichannel performance. Collaboration with engineering and data science teams ensures solutions are production-ready and aligned with business objectives. This role is ideal for a solution-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing, and intellectually challenging environment.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, Life Sciences analytics, or commercial excellence roles.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable Life Sciences analytics solutions: sales force effectiveness, HCP segmentation, launch/demand analytics, and CRM/omnichannel frameworks.
  • Experience working with Life Sciences datasets (e.g., sales, prescription, engagement data from IQVIA, CRM, Veeva).
  • Strong analytics and technology skills, including SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Knowledge of data pipelines and analytics product development is a plus.
  • Excellent consulting, client-facing, and solution storytelling skills.
  • Ability to balance client delivery, pre-sales, and internal contributions with a structured, pragmatic, and impact-focused mindset.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design for Life Sciences analytics use cases including commercial performance, launch analytics, sales force effectiveness, HCP targeting, patient and demand analytics, and CRM/omnichannel effectiveness.
  • Deliver billable client engagements, owning analytical logic, solution design, and ensuring adoption by commercial teams.
  • Translate business problems into clear, scalable analytical requirements and actionable insights.
  • Support pre-sales and sales activities by developing POVs, demos, proposals, and effort estimations, articulating the value of analytics to clients.
  • Build and maintain reusable analytics frameworks, KPI libraries, and templates to industrialize solutions across markets and brands.
  • Partner with delivery and technology teams to ensure solutions meet business intent, validate outputs, and support rollout.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, best practices, and initiatives to strengthen Life Sciences analytics capability.
