Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Proven track record of timely execution and strong time management
  • Previous event planning coordination experience with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational excellence with ability to track multiple internal and external conversations and maintain clarity and understanding
  • Dependability to be the source of truth for all deals cycles and the ability to maintain an accurate record of commitments and next steps

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS); Kyriba certification or implementation experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with proposal development and pricing strategies
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools or CRM systems
  • Prior experience creating thought leadership content or case studies
  • Exposure to PMO processes and vendor onboarding workflows
  • Additional certifications in Treasury Management Systems or related financial technology

Responsibilities

  • Attend sales calls to capture key discussion points, notes on next steps, and follow-up actions
  • Manage external client communications related to current deals in cycle and coordinate timely responses to client inquiries
  • Distribute meeting notes and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders
  • Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to manage follow-ups, clarify scope details and/or updates, vendor onboarding requirements, and overall contracting
  • Update Salesforce with deal progression, client communications, and contract status
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and pipeline visibility
  • Provide weekly business development updates to the wider team and to-do lists for pending items needed to push the deal along
  • Own the creation, formatting, and delivery of client proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Partner with practice leaders and project teams to translate scope into clear, accurate deliverables and pricing
  • Maintain and continuously improve proposal templates
  • Integrate client feedback from calls into proposal iterations and SOW refinement
  • Ensure brand alignment and quality control across all client-facing materials.
  • Join sales calls with practice leaders and alliance members, support with note taking and follow up activities and sharing resources
  • Act as the liaison between prospect and Clearsulting team for all sales related follow-up and contracting support.
  • Act as the liaison between Clearsulting and Kyriba for sales related updates
  • Support the commercial team with pricing models, margin analysis, and approval workflows
  • Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval policies
  • Maintain standardized pricing calculators or rate cards in coordination with Finance team
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to accelerate deal turnaround
  • Manage the flow of client agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, amendments, etc.) through internal review and approval processes
  • Coordinate with Business Enablement to ensure terms and billing structures meet company standards
  • Manage all necessary vendor onboarding tasks alongside Business enablement and ensure working items are completed in a timely manner (i.e. IT questionnaires, portal registration, etc.)
  • Track contract versions and signatures via Salesforce/DocuSign
  • Maintain a repository of executed documents for easy reference
  • Process Management & Enablement
  • Act as the central point of contact for deal and proposal questions from Practice and Delivery
  • Develop playbooks and process documentation for proposals, pricing, and contract workflows
  • Support adoption of sales tools and templates across the commercial organization
  • Ensure Salesforce records and documentation are up to date to support process transparency
