PAG supports operators in the Airline, Business and General Aviation (BGA), Military and Rotary Wing markets through its Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (ISMRO®) business model. JOB PURPOSE The Commercial Airlines Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding PAG’s global sales efforts within the Commercial airline end market. This includes maximizing growth across new and existing customers while enhancing profit margins. The role involves being part of a sales team and developing and implementing comprehensive business and growth. A key focus will be acquiring new accounts and expanding targeted strategic relationships. The position will also be accountable to meet defined performance targets, with execution support provided by the existing Segments, and Customer Service Representatives. Uses knowledge, skills, experience, and good judgment to develop new business opportunities by selling equipment and service, focusing on the business unit’s repair and parts capabilities.

Requirements

  • Must have Data Entry Skills / computer literate
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations
  • Ability to establish rapport quickly and build trust based relationships
  • Ability to work independently and meet goals
  • Strong listening skills with excellent organizational and analytical problem solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience selling product and services to the final consumer.
  • Valid drivers' license required for company related travel.
  • Able and willing to work a flexible schedule and to travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Aeronautical Science is ideal. Proven sales experience, industry knowledge, and strong negotiation skills are prioritized alongside education. or related years of experience in the industry.
  • Experience in the aviation industry and specifically a 145 repair station strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales visits to customer’s location
  • Perform presentations of sales and service capabilities on-site and off-site
  • Prepare effective proposals and quotations
  • Generate and developing new business in order to increase revenue
  • Update customers on new products and capabilities continually
  • Attending conferences and trade shows
  • Achieve specific monthly revenue and gross profit sales goals
  • Implementation of the business/market plan and sales strategy for the Airline Market
  • Working on new business opportunities while enhancing customer loyalty within accounts and creating a strong referral network to aid cross-selling
  • Maximize customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, lifetime value, and retention
  • Collaborating with peers and management around ways to continually improve the sales organization
  • Assisting in creating an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrating a commitment to excellence and service performance
  • Using resources effectively to generate solutions; takes initiative when resolving problems
