About The Position

Cornerstone Bank is currently accepting applications for an experienced Commercial/Ag Loan Officer for our Aurora, Hampton and Marquette locations. Responsibilities include the origination and servicing of Ag and Commercial loans in an accurate and professional manner. Will collect and analyze financial data. Qualified individuals will be able to build on existing customer relationships as well as develop new business. Will represent the Bank in community events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field
• Three to five years of banking, lending and credit analysis experience
• Motivated, detail oriented and self-directed
• Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Origination and servicing of Ag and Commercial loans
• Collect and analyze financial data
• Build on existing customer relationships
• Develop new business
• Represent the Bank in community events
