About the position

Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Oversee the daily operations of the team, supporting them to be effective in their roles and developing skills to meet organizational goals. Implements strategies to improve the team's efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks, supervise job flow, and monitor the employees' daily performance.
  • Facilitate employee development by providing guidance, support in training activities and on the job training.
  • Supervise the renewal process to guarantee group's retention.
  • Analyze statistics and reports of the key operational and renewal indicators.
  • Participates as part of the new business process of some large account to facilitate the transition to their team and better serve client's needs.
  • Responsible for the development of strategies during the renewal process of existing accounts to achieve department's goals.
  • Evaluate reports to assist the team with data analytics and client's presentation to monitor changes in utilization that could potentially affect group's experience.
  • Coordinate internal assistance with operational areas to support the team during their interventions channeling client's needs, especially complex cases.
  • Responsible of the business relationship with Authorized Representative, Brokers and General Agencies assigned to their Book of Business.
  • Represent Triple-S in external client's activities as well as those related to the insurance industry.
  • Interview, provide feedback and support employee's training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the Health Insurance Industry.
  • Supervising experience required.
  • Life, Health & Disability knowledge.
  • Valid Driver's License.
