As an Account Executive on our Small Medium Business team, your role involves identifying new opportunities with potential clients and our current customer base. This includes prospecting, conducting discovery calls and demos, negotiating deals, and closing new business across all industries in the Small Medium Business segment (1-500 employees). Additionally, you will conduct thorough research to understand customers' unique business challenges and how Box can provide value. You'll also drive the sales process by influencing key stakeholders both internally and externally while developing a comprehensive territory plan that covers all aspects of your target market. Lastly, scheduling visits to meet customers face-to-face within your assigned territory is essential for building strong relationships.
