About The Position

We are expanding our commercial division and seeking a driven Commercial Account Executive to develop and manage relationships with developers, multi-family builders, and general contractors. This is a strategic, relationship-based sales role focused on commercial and multi-unit construction projects — not residential one-call-close sales. If you have experience selling into construction, development, or commercial contracting environments and understand long sales cycles, we want to speak with you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of commercial construction or B2B sales experience
  • Experience working with developers, GCs, or property managers preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and networking ability
  • Comfortable navigating long sales cycles
  • Organized and CRM disciplined
  • Self-motivated (commission-based role)

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred background in roofing, exterior construction, building materials, or general contracting sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build relationships with developers and builders
  • Generate and manage RFPs and bid opportunities
  • Attend networking events and pre-bid meetings
  • Manage a 6–18 month pipeline
  • Collaborate with estimating and operations on project scope
  • Track all opportunities and forecasting in CRM
  • Grow commercial revenue profitably
