About The Position

As we scale across DTC, Amazon, and brick-and-mortar retail, operational excellence across every sales channel is critical to our growth. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Commerce Operations Coordinator to own product accuracy, channel coordination, and sales platform management across Shopify, Amazon, and retail. This role ensures every item is set up correctly, every listing is accurate, inventory is aligned, and customer experience issues tied to commerce platforms are resolved quickly and professionally. You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Operations, and Customer Experience — ensuring our products are presented and sold correctly across every channel.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, retail operations, or marketplace management
  • Experience working in Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
  • Process-oriented and proactive in identifying gaps

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with retailer portals
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Experience supporting Amazon case management
  • Basic reporting/Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across Shopify, Amazon, and retail portals
  • Ensure pricing, descriptions, imagery, inventory, and specifications are accurate and updated
  • Coordinate updates for new product launches and seasonal changes
  • Maintain listing hygiene and content consistency across platforms
  • Upload and manage assets in retailer systems (e.g., retailer portals)
  • Engage with channel partners and agencies to ensure channel optimization and success
  • Oversee SKU setup and maintenance across systems
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, operations, and inventory data
  • Coordinate with Ops to prevent oversells, stockouts, and listing errors
  • Monitor item-level performance and flag issues proactively
  • Act as the connective tissue between Brand, Marketing, and Operations
  • Support promotional setup across channels (pricing, bundles, limited-time offers)
  • Ensure product readiness for launches across DTC and retail
  • Track and resolve channel-specific issues impacting sales
  • Partner closely with Customer Service to resolve platform-specific issues
  • Manage Amazon case logs and marketplace escalations
  • Monitor reviews and coordinate responses where appropriate
  • Identify recurring customer friction and escalate for resolution
