Requirements

• Experience in counseling, case management, or job placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, education, career counseling, and job placement services to customers.
• Conduct assessments to determine customers' job readiness and identify barriers to employment.
• Develop individual employment plans and provide counseling and mentoring.
• Coordinate internships and work experiences linked to careers.
• Promote CareerSource services through community engagement and participation in job fairs.
• Record and monitor customer interactions in relevant systems.
